This October 18th, join d-RAP, the White House, and community leaders from across the country as we celebrate teens and youth who are successfully living “above the influence,” of drugs and alcohol abuse.

Above the Influence is a national organization, run through the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign, a program of the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Their goal is to empower teens to resist poor influences and bad decisions.

Events will include community, neighborhood and family discussions, a national Webinar and a celebration highlighting 3 local communities that have successfully customized the Above the Influence concept to meet the needs of kids in these communities. The celebration will also include a teen panel discussion and ATI-themed performances, so it should be both fun and inspiring.

To find out how you can get involved, see Above the Influence Videos, download posters, and activities guides (including this awesome Tag It activity), check out the ATIPartnership Website, where they also have some great Web resources.
